首頁Supported by Institute of Animal Science, Guangdong Academy of Agricultural Sciences, the State Key Laboratory of Livestock and Poultry Breeding was established in 2010 by the Ministry of Science and Technology and completed in 2013. It is the only state key laboratory of agriculture in universities and research institutes of Guangdong Province.
Laboratory with pig chicken important economic characters, the application of the genetic basis of livestock and poultry breeding, new technology, new varieties of livestock and poultry (matching) cultivation, genetics and nutrition as the main research content, genetic basis to set up the laboratory, laboratory, laboratory, breeding pig breeding chicken breeding new technology laboratory, nutritional support technology laboratory and other five professional laboratory. Two guidance and management organizations, "Academic Committee" and "Management Committee", have been set up. The laboratory has 57 permanent staff, including 21 doctors and 21 senior titles. The laboratory has made a series of major innovations in the utilization of livestock and poultry resources, genetics and breeding, and the interaction between genetics and nutrition. It plays an important role in promoting the technological progress of the industry, improving the coverage rate of superior varieties, cultivating and expanding regional advantageous industries, gathering innovation teams, and enhancing innovation ability.
